Taken 2007 August 10 from the Cape Smokey Trail at the Stanley Point look-off
This lovely sailboat on South Bay Ingonish sailed out of South Ingonish Harbour (to the left out of the scope of this photo) and into view just as I was getting ready to leave for the return hike. I do not know what spooked my camera, but this photo was way over-exposed and the waters don’t have the same dark hues nor the highlands the same deep greens one sees in the other photos taken near the same time. It’s still a pretty photo, nonetheless. What an amazing array of sights greet the eyes here! Gorgeous beyond belief!
