Finale
For the finale, many of the performers returned to the stage to give
a rousing rendition of Jerry Holland’s famous 1982 composition,
Brenda Stubbert’s Reel, which is apparently one of the
tunes nearly every fiddler in the Celtic tradition now knows from
being assigned to learn it in the early days of fiddle apprenticeship.
Dancers took advantage of the music, including many in the aisles as
well as on stage.
