This view looks downstream from the second West Mabou Road bridge, i.e., the one further from the Cèilidh Trail. The view is of the second channel, which flows around the back of Nicholsons Island, seen at the right of this photo. The trees at the left are part of the ”mainland” in West Mabou. The beautiful brightly coloured marsh grasses make a beautiful contrast with the darker greens of the trees above them.
